Frederick Phillips, FAIA Frederick Phillips, founder and principal of Frederick Phillips and Associates, received a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. After apprenticing two years with Harry Weese, in Chicago, he founded Frederick Phillips and Associates. His work has won numerous Distinguished Building Awards from the American Institute of Architects, Record Houses Awards from Architectural Record, a Grand Award from Residential Architect and an American Architecture Award from the Chicago Athenaeum. Work of the firm has been published and exhibited extensively nationally and internationally. Currently, Phillips is working on Deerpath Farm, a 200-acre conservation community 30 miles north of Chicago and various site-built and manufactured houses in the United States and abroad. |
